If you want to learn the game of basketball, get in shape for basketball or just sharpen up your skills for basketball, this is the place for you! We have knowledgable, capable, and enthusiastic trainers to help you, or your son or daughter, get to the level that they would like to be. We also offer training in footwork and strength that is an integral part of being a good basketball player. You can train your brain to react quicker and more efficient with the right exercise and drills. We offer individual training or group training.
We would like to make it clear that we do not have a basketball court in our facility, but rather a good area of green turf where they can perform their training and drills. However we have two basketball hoops where they can get some shots up and learn proper shooting technique and form. One is 8 feet for the little ones and one is a regulation 10 foot hoop.
You are welcome to stop by anytime to check it out for yourself. The training is Monday - Thursday (3-7) (sometimes we schedule on Fridays) and the facility for exercising is open daily from 6AM- 8PM and Sat & Sun from 6AM-1PM. Check out our flyer on the right for more information.
